A long history of helping

A tentative team of 47 youth first ventured from Kelowna BC to Tijana Mexico in 1993 by bus to build 2 simple wood framed houses for AMOR ministries out of San Diego.  The goal was clear, help 2 families in need while developing the character of the youth that were part of the trip to give more than they received.  This became a tradition for the YoungLife groups in Canada and in the future to YoungLife international groups from the UK in further years.  Each of these picture are linked to the trips taken by the youth under the Youth Mission Project banner and represent not just a few snap shots, but adventures that teens and leaders shared while they tried to give a hand up while finding out who they were.
